If you place an order for an item that is not available for immediate shipment, it will be "backordered." U.S. costumers

We will gladly accept unworn merchandise in its original condition within 14 days of receipt. Shipping and handling costs are not refundable. Any item damaged on arrival will be exchanged at no cost. Claims must be made within 7days of your receipt. Please contact us to receive a return authorization number. Please mark your authorization number on outside of your package. Pack your items with the original receipt or packing invoice and ship by insured, traceable mail. UPS, Federal Express, USPS, and other carriers that offer this service. Customers will be responsible for shipping and handling charges for any returns.

International customers

Different policy will be applied to international customers. Please contact our sales staff.

The following items are non-refundable.

  • Returns received after 14 days of the original order receipt date.
  • Returns received in damaged or worn condition.
  • Sale item may not be returned or exchanged for any reason.
  • Returns that are mailed back without return authorization may not be accepted as a return item.
